What a custom stand gives you
A custom stand starts from an empty plot, not from a catalogue. Every wall, counter, screen and light has a job: to draw visitors in, to show a product or to give your team a quiet place to close a deal.
That freedom only pays off with discipline. We design to the plot dimensions, the open sides, the hall height and the organiser’s technical rules from day one. No surprises at approval stage. No improvisation on site.
Formats we build
Inline and corner stands
One or two open sides. The design works hard on the frontage: a clear message, an open entrance and storage built into the back.
Peninsula and island stands
Three or four open sides and visitors from every aisle. We plan circulation, sight lines and a landmark element that can be seen across the hall.
Double-deck stands
An upper floor for meetings or hospitality where the hall and the rules allow it, with the structural calculations and signed documents venues ask for.
Systems and craft, combined
We combine modular engineering with bespoke finishing. Aluminium frame systems bring speed, precision and reuse. Joinery and custom finishes add character where visitors look and touch.
Tensioned fabric graphics, LED lighting, LED walls, product plinths, raised floors with concealed cabling, meeting rooms and storage are designed as one system. Nothing is bolted on at the last minute.
Turnkey, from brief to dismantling
A custom stand is a chain of decisions and deadlines. We manage every link:
- design, 3D views and technical drawings (see stand design);
- stand plan approval and venue documentation;
- production of structures, joinery, graphics, lighting and AV;
- transport, build, show support and dismantling (see production and build);
- storage and refurbishment of reusable elements between shows.

Custom stands: common questions
How far in advance should we start?
As soon as your plot is confirmed. Three to four months ahead is comfortable for most custom stands. Large islands and double-deck stands need more time, mainly for engineering and approvals.
What does a custom stand cost?
It depends on size, format, finishes, technology and logistics. We quote each project against your brief and itemise the budget, so you can see where the money goes and adjust the scope. Our exhibition stand FAQ explains the main cost drivers.
Can the stand be reused?
Yes, if reuse is planned from the start. Frames, counters, lighting, screens and furniture can serve several shows. Graphics are reprinted when messages change, and we can store the elements between fairs.
Can you build a design from our agency?
Yes. We develop the technical drawings, check the design against the venue’s rules and build it. If something cannot be built as drawn, we say so early and propose an alternative.
Do you build outside Barcelona and Madrid?
Yes. We also build at Feria Valencia, BEC in Bilbao, FYCMA in Málaga, FIBES in Seville and other Spanish venues. Tell us the fair and we will confirm the plan.
