About Exhibitek Displays, an exhibition stand company in Spain

Exhibitek Displays is an exhibition stand company in Spain. We design and build custom stands for trade fairs, and our approach is simple: engineer the stand properly, plan the build precisely and deliver what was approved.

What we do as an exhibition stand company in Spain

Exhibitek Displays is a stand design and build brand focused on the Spanish market. We work for Spanish exhibitors and for international companies that come to Spain for fairs such as MWC Barcelona, ISE, Labelexpo Europe or ICE Barcelona.

Our work covers the full cycle: brief, concept, 3D visualisation, technical design, production, logistics, on-site build, show support, dismantling and storage. Our pages on custom exhibition stands, stand design and production and build give the detail, and our exhibition stand builder in Spain overview sums it up.

How we work

Engineering first

We check structure, weight, transport and build time before you approve a design. What you see in 3D is what we can build.

One accountable project manager

One project manager from brief to dismantling: one point of contact, one schedule, one set of documents.

Itemised quotes

Design, structures, graphics, lighting, AV, logistics and build are priced separately. You see where the budget goes.

Where we work

We design, build and dismantle stands at Fira Barcelona (Gran Via and Montjuïc), the CCIB, IFEMA MADRID, Feria Valencia, BEC in Bilbao, FYCMA in Málaga, the Palacio de Congresos de Marbella, FIBES in Seville and Feria de Zaragoza. Our crews are on site for build-up and dismantling, and your project manager stays reachable during the show.

We work in English and Spanish. That matters when your marketing team is abroad, the approvals are local and the build has to run without you on site.

What we hold ourselves to

  • A stand is a tool for doing business. Its design has to serve that purpose.
  • Rules are design inputs, not obstacles. We read the exhibitor manual before we sketch.
  • Opening day does not move. Our schedules are built backwards from it.
  • Reuse is designed in from the start, not hoped for at the end.
  • If something cannot be built as drawn, we say so early.

How a project starts

Every project starts with the fair, the plot and your objectives. We reply with questions, a first approach and a quote itemised by scope. Once you approve it, your project manager takes over and stays with you until the stand is dismantled.

We favour reusable frame systems, fabric graphics that pack small and can be reprinted, and LED lighting. It keeps logistics lighter and makes the next show cheaper to deliver. Questions before you start? Our exhibition stand FAQ answers the most common ones.

Projects

Our projects include stands for Nordic Semiconductor at MWC Barcelona, tesa at Labelexpo Europe, Streamit at ISE and Campeon Gaming at ICE Barcelona, all built at Fira Gran Via.

Each project page sets out the event, the client and what the stand had to handle. See the stand projects.
