The more we know, the sharper our first answer. Useful details: the fair and its dates, your plot size and open sides (or the organiser’s floor plan), your objectives, a budget range and your decision date. Working from an agency design? Say so, and we will quote production and build.

Is the quote really free?
Yes. The first approach and the itemised quote cost nothing and do not commit you. You decide once you have seen the scope and the price.
What should we include in the request?
The fair, its dates, your plot size and open sides, and ideally the organiser’s floor plan and exhibitor manual. Add your objectives and a budget range: they shape the proposal more than anything else.
Can we talk to someone straight away?
Yes. The WhatsApp button puts you in touch with a project manager, in English or Spanish. For a complex stand, we can also set up a short call.
We only need a builder for our agency’s design. Is that fine?
Yes. Send the drawings or renders with your request. We check them against the fair’s rules and quote production, logistics and build.
