Stands at FIBES Sevilla

Exhibition stand builder in Seville

As an exhibition stand builder in Seville, we design, build and dismantle stands at FIBES, the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla, for trade fairs, congresses and events such as SICAB and the Tourism Innovation Summit. Its two very different buildings call for two different build plans.

  • FIBES I and FIBES II
  • Two-storey requests with signed plans
  • Crews on site through build-up

FIBES: two buildings, two ways to exhibit

FIBES, the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla, stands on Avenida Alcalde Luis Uruñuela, in the east of the city, between San Pablo airport and Santa Justa station. Its two buildings are linked by a wide exhibition passage.

FIBES I and FIBES II

FIBES I offers three column-free halls of 7,200 m² each under its golden dome, plus two outdoor exhibition areas and two auditoriums. FIBES II is a modular complex with flexible exhibition space and a main auditorium for more than 3,000 people, which can be split into two or three rooms.

Getting there

The Palacio de Congresos commuter-rail (Cercanías) station connects directly with the venue, and the SE-30 ring road gives quick road access.

Events held there

FIBES hosts SICAB, the international Pure Spanish Horse show; SIMOF, the international flamenco fashion week; the Tourism Innovation Summit; and medical and business congresses, alongside concerts and public events.

Rules to plan for

Under the venue’s general regulations, two-storey stands are only allowed at some fairs, with the organiser’s authorisation and detailed plans signed by a qualified technician, and the upper level is billed as extra space. Floors may not be drilled or glued: carpets are laid with double-sided tape or on a raised floor. Every contractor must be up to date with labour, tax and risk-prevention obligations and hold civil liability insurance.

What we build in Seville

Stands for Seville’s fairs, congresses and events

From horses to flamenco fashion and tourism technology, FIBES hosts very different audiences. The stand follows the audience.

Custom stands for column-free halls

FIBES I’s pillar-free halls leave layouts open; we use that freedom for islands with clear sight lines.

How we work at FIBES

  1. Venue and building. We confirm whether your event uses FIBES I or FIBES II, then read its manual and the venue’s regulations.
  2. Design and approvals. 3D views and drawings, plus signed plans if you want a second level.
  3. Paperwork. Risk-prevention, labour and insurance documents for our crew, filed before build-up.
  4. Production. Every element is produced and checked before it travels, so build-up is assembly and finishing only.
  5. Build-up and handover. Floors laid without drilling or glue, stand assembled and checked, your team walked through it.
  6. Show days. Your project manager stays reachable for any adjustment.
  7. Dismantling. We clear the space within the window and leave the floor as we found it.

Seville questions

Hiring an exhibition stand builder in Seville: common questions

FIBES I or FIBES II: where will our event be?

The organiser decides and the exhibitor manual confirms it. FIBES I offers the three large column-free halls; FIBES II combines modular exhibition space with the main auditorium.

Can we build a two-storey stand at FIBES?

Only at fairs that allow it, with the organiser’s authorisation and detailed plans signed by a qualified technician. The upper level is also billed as extra space, so we weigh cost against benefit with you first.

Can we glue carpet or fix elements to the floor?

No. The venue forbids drilling or gluing to the floor, so we lay carpet with double-sided tape or build a raised floor, which also hides the cables.

How do our team and suppliers reach FIBES?

By Cercanías commuter rail to Palacio de Congresos station, or by car via the SE-30 ring road. The venue lies between the airport and Santa Justa station.

Do you build stands for fairs such as SICAB or SIMOF?

Yes. Each fair has its own manual, audience and schedule, and we design the stand and plan the build to match.

Can you manage the project if our team is abroad?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish and handle plans, paperwork and build-up until your team arrives. Our exhibition stand FAQ covers the general questions.
