Production, logistics, build-up
Exhibition stand contractor in Spain: production, logistics and build
Once the design is approved, it has to be produced, shipped, built on time and taken down cleanly. As your exhibition stand contractor in Spain, we run every step with one plan and one site lead.
- Written schedule, production to dismantling
- Contractor paperwork filed for you
- Crews on site at every build

One plan, from production to dismantling
Build-up periods at major fairs are short and shared with many other contractors. Delays add up fast. We work to a written schedule that covers production, pre-delivery checks, transport, unloading slots, build, handover and dismantling.
Every stand has a project manager who knows the design in detail and a site lead who runs the build. At every stage, you know who is responsible. That clarity is the core of how we work as an exhibition stand builder in Spain.
Production
Structures and joinery
Aluminium frame systems, custom joinery and metalwork, produced to the approved drawings and finished before they travel.
Graphics and finishes
Tensioned fabric, rigid panels, vinyl and signage, printed from checked templates and verified for colour and fit.
Lighting, power and AV
LED lighting, electrical distribution, LED walls and screens, planned around the power supply and the connection rules of the venue.
Paperwork before trucks
Before anything moves, the documentation must be in place. Spanish venues require every company working on a stand to document occupational health and safety and to coordinate with the venue before build-up. We prepare these documents and register our crews. At IFEMA MADRID this runs through an online procedure; at Feria Valencia, build-up cannot start until the stand layout is approved.
We also list the services your stand needs, such as power, water, internet and hanging points, and order them with you or on your behalf. Transport is planned around the venue’s access rules and unloading slots. If you ship products for display, we coordinate delivery with your forwarder.

On site with your exhibition stand contractor in Spain
- Setting out. The plot is measured and checked against the plan before the first element goes up.
- Floor and structure. Raised floors, frames and upper floors are assembled in a set sequence, with safety checks at each stage.
- Services and finishes. Electrical installation, lighting, graphics, furniture and AV go in.
- Snagging and cleaning. We check every detail against the approved design, then clean the stand.
- Handover. Your team receives a finished stand, with a walkthrough of power, storage and AV.
- Show days. Your project manager remains reachable for adjustments until the fair closes.
- Dismantling. The stand comes down within the venue’s dismantling window and the plot is left clear.
Safety and compliance on site
Build-up halls are busy workplaces. Our crews work with the protective equipment, access equipment and procedures the venue requires. Upper floors, suspended elements and electrical installations are checked before handover.
Materials come with the fire-reaction certificates venues may ask for, and electrical work is carried out and certified according to the venue’s rules. If an inspector visits the stand, the documents are ready.
After the show: storage and reuse
Many elements of a well-designed stand can serve again: frames, counters, lighting, screens and furniture. On request, we store them, inspect them and refurbish them before your next fair. New graphics and a revised layout can adapt the same kit to a different plot, as our custom stands are designed to allow.
Reuse lowers the cost of each show and reduces waste. Materials that cannot be reused are separated according to the venue’s waste rules.
Build and logistics questions
Can you build a stand designed by another agency?
Yes. We review the drawings, flag any compliance or buildability issues, and quote the production and build.
Who orders electricity and other services?
Services are ordered through the organiser or the venue, usually in the exhibitor’s name. We tell you exactly what to order, with quantities and positions, or handle the orders for you.
What if something needs fixing during the show?
Message your project manager. Spare graphics, fixings and tools are part of our build kit, and repairs can be arranged during show days.
Can you store our stand between shows?
Yes, on request. After dismantling we inventory the elements, and we check them again before the next build.
Do venues charge stand builders a fee?
Some do. Feria Valencia and BEC in Bilbao, for example, charge stand builders a build-up fee, which we include in our quote. More budget questions are answered in our exhibition stand FAQ.
