Stands at Feria Valencia

As an exhibition stand builder in Valencia, we design, build and dismantle stands at Feria Valencia, home of Feria Hábitat València, Cevisama and Iberflora. Every element arrives made and checked, because the venue allows assembly on site, not fabrication.

Feria Valencia: the fairground, its fairs and its build-up rules
Feria Valencia occupies a large fairground on Avenida de las Ferias, in Benimàmet, on the north-west side of the city. Its halls are joined by the Centro de Eventos, a four-floor events building with meeting rooms and two auditoriums, directly connected to the column-free Hall 5.
Getting there
Metro line 2 stops at Les Carolines/Fira, about 600 m from the venue; tram line 4 runs on selected event days, and EMT bus 62 links Benimàmet with the city centre. The fairground has around 3,000 parking spaces, and Valencia airport, in Manises, is roughly ten minutes away by car.
Fairs held there
Among the fairs the venue hosts: Feria Hábitat València (furniture and interiors), Cevisama (ceramics and bathroom), Textilhogar (home textiles), Espacio Cocina SICI (kitchens), Iberflora (plants, flowers and gardening) and FIMMA + Maderalia (woodworking technology and materials).
Build-up rules that shape the stand
Feria Valencia’s build-up regulations are strict, and worth knowing early. Space-only stands need their layout approved by the venue’s build-up office before work starts, with heights, machinery and weights shown. On site, crews may only assemble: fabricating décor in the halls is forbidden, as is drilling or fixing into floors, walls or columns. A double-deck stand needs a declaration of technical capacity signed by an EU-qualified architect. The day before opening is generally kept free of stand work, and a waste-removal service is compulsory at dismantling.
What we build in Valencia
Stands for Valencia’s habitat, ceramics and wood fairs
Furniture, ceramics and wood fairs turn stands into showrooms: materials must be well lit and heavy samples handled safely.

Showroom-style custom stands
Stands that light surfaces, finishes and furniture the way a showroom would, with sample storage built in.

Layouts ready for approval
Plans and elevations showing heights, machinery and weights, prepared for the venue’s build-up office.

Prefabricated, fast assembly
Elements made and checked before they travel, so build-up is pure assembly and ends before the venue’s pre-opening day.
Our work

How we work at Feria Valencia
- Manual and regulations. We read the fair’s manual alongside Feria Valencia’s build-up regulations.
- Layout for approval. Plans, elevations, heights, machinery and weights go to the build-up office: no approval, no build.
- Contractor documents. Company details, crew identity and social security records, and the signed coordination document that unlocks build-up passes.
- Prefabrication. Every element is produced and checked before transport, because the halls are for assembly only.
- Assembly and handover. Our crew assembles on the designated days and hands over before the pre-opening day.
- Show days. Your project manager stays reachable for any adjustment.
- Dismantling and waste. We dismantle within the window, book the compulsory waste removal and leave the plot clear.
Valencia questions
Hiring an exhibition stand builder in Valencia: common questions
Can we build a double-deck stand at Feria Valencia?
Yes, if the fair allows it. The venue asks for a declaration of technical capacity signed by an EU-qualified architect, the technical project and the architect’s liability insurance. We prepare that file together with the design.
Can work continue the day before opening?
As a rule, no: Feria Valencia keeps that day for cleaning and its own services. We plan the build so your stand is finished before it.
Why does the venue want weights on our layout?
Because the approved layout must show machinery, heavy items and elements above a set height. For ceramics, stone or machines, weights also drive the floor, the structure and the delivery plan.
How do crews and visitors reach the fairground?
By metro line 2 to Les Carolines/Fira, tram line 4 on selected event days, EMT bus 62 or by car, with around 3,000 parking spaces on site. The airport is about ten minutes away by car.
Who removes the waste after the fair?
Stand builders must take their materials away, and Feria Valencia makes a waste-removal service compulsory at dismantling. We book it and set reusable parts aside first.
Do you build modular stands for Valencia’s fairs?
Yes. A modular stand with fabric graphics suits exhibitors who return every year or work to a tighter budget. Our exhibition stand FAQ compares modular, rental and custom options.
